Apparently KDE now using x-UTF_8J instead of utf-8, also confused me the first 
time I saw it. Thought it was an error and my dropdowns had somehow gotten 
confused (said dropdown also way too long and confusing)

Apparently it's an alias, but unnecessarily confusing IMHO.
