Can't download kleopatra

Please ask the people providing your distribution (Debian? Ubuntu?) how to 
download newer versions of software packages. Alternatively, look for a snap 
or flatpack or ... of Kleopatra.

Note that a lot of the new functionality in Kleopatra relies on the most 
recent releases of the underlying libraries and of GnuPG.
