Akonadi with PostgreSQL 14 (was: Re: Unhappy with Akonadi)

I lied.  At least I spoke too soon. The problem is back.  40 emails I had read weeks and 
months ago now show as unread when I checked mail today.  

Life goes on.  Some days are better than others.
