Kaddressbook and nextcloud?

Now I have succesfully added my NextCloud addressbook. It had a side effect: I
now have two instances of "Nextcloud" in KOrganizer, both with my "Personal"
and "Contact Birthdays" calendars. They operate on the same data in
KOrganizer, but there are two of them.

I coule of course also complete using my addressbook data before installing
kaddressbook, so akonadi must have known about my addressbook before. It just
didn't show up after installing KAddressBook.

Hm.
