KMail, Plasma or KWin bug?

I would think thats correct.  If you click on qwenview then press ctrl-q - does it still happen? Maybe there is a configuration issue for the key sequence "ctrl-q"?

It might be best for you to include the release levels of the software you are using to help people work out the problem.
