Kmail: Print with images

Hello,

I am unable to print a kmail email with images. Only text is printed.
eg I am wanting to print an email ticket that has a logo and QR code. Neither the 
logo nor QR code show on the print.

I discovered in config-misc-Printing-Print background color and images. I have 
tried toggling this off and on with a restart of Kmail. No effect.

What else could I try to enable printing with images?
