copying part of folder

I would like to archive just my 2018 emails, or save them to a 
separate 2018 folder. However they are in same folder as 
2017 and 2019-to-date emails.  I think I am  missing 
something obvious as I have done this before.

Any suggestions are appreciated and thanks again for kmail, 
a great program.
