After years of struggling with akonadi breaking badly, I now have a working
and stable Kontact.

- No unified inbox
- Drop Summary plugin. It's slow and not very usable IMHO.
- Drop Notes Kontact plugin. Use KNotes from systray instead
- Drop Akregator. It has deleted my feeds once too often.
- No client side filtering, i.e. disable the mail filter agent from
akonadiconsole.

Especially the latter really helps in both speed and stability.
Other than that I use the default settings.
