Broken DAV Groupware resource: workaround sought

Because I needed a fix fast, I deleted the resource and recreated it…

After copy-pasting these to add them later using vdirsyncer.

But info is still welcome. My impression is that the (Cal)DAV sync is very 
fragile and this may occur again; see, e.g.,
