Problem synchronizing caldav account

Dear List,

I have a caldav account (FastMail) that usually works decently. But now I get the following status message:

	There was a problem with the request. The item was not modified on the server.
	Het bestand of de map bestaat niet. (0).

The second sentence means “The file or folder does not exist. (0).”.

Restarting the resource does not help. Can I fix this? Or do I need to recreate the resource?
