Kmals 'send' filtering not working

Using akonadi-16.12.3 & kmail-16.12.3 (5.4.3), I'm finding that filtering 
'sent' mail 
to put a copy into a specific folder is not working; the copy goes into 
Sent-Mail.

(Still fails after importing filters from a much earlier system which do 
work.)

Anyone here also found this?
