Using bogofilter via KMail's anti-spam wizrd

It's in the Tools menu and the menu item is called 'Filter Log 
Viewer...'

I agree. Go to Settings->Configure Filters... Remove any filters related 
to bogofilter. Then start the Anti-Spam Wizard to re-setup everything.
