[kdepim-users] Duplicate emails due to filters seems on the increase again

I have 2 problems with filters:

(1) Often finish up with 2 copies of POP email in filter target 
folder.

(2) Some days the filters do not work at all - the incoming emails stay 
in the Inbox, nothing going into filter target folder.
   (No intervening changes to Kmail setup.)
