[kdepim-users] kalarm re-occurrence hour/min setting panel

i cant find a bug report on kalarm specific to reoccurrence setting hour/min , 
yet can say that myself and another user of kalarm 2.11.3-5ak are both seeing 
same issue, no panel available for making changes, any thoughts?

System:    Host: linux-gumo Kernel: 4.4.0-3-default x86_64 (64 bit gcc: 5.2.1)
