[kdepim-users] Kdepim addons

HI

Can anyone explain why double clicking on an email to open it is cured by 
installing kdepim-addons?  I would have thought that it should be part of the 
basic functionality. And should kdepim-addon be a dependency because of this 
missing functionality or will it all be resolved once it gets to full release?
Is there a good webpage to read about the addons etc?
