[kdepim-users] importing old kmail emails

I wrote a howto some years ago mainly for my own reference: http://hoernerfranzracing.de/kde/spam.php
-this is surely a bit outdated but still mostly valid, imho.
also note that dovecot is easier to setup than courier imap.
