[kdepim-users] use nautilus?

Well, it is possible to attach files to mails by dragging those files from 
Nautilus to KMail's message composer. It might also be possible to "save 
attachments" by dragging them from the message window to Nautilus.

But that's probably not what you want.

Do you want to use Nautilus instead of the file dialog that is for example 
shown if you click on the Attach button in KMail's message composer?
