[kdepim-users] My "akonadi_nepomuktag_resource" is offline

Have you tried this:
in Dolphin open the "file location" tags:/
for me that results in a window pane with all my (very few) tags and 
clickin on any of them opens a window with the files that I have tagged 
with said tag
