[kdepim-users] kmail doesn't start anymore

yes, but this is only used for outgoing messages and trash.
meanwhile, I tried to just delete and then recreate kmail/akonadi settings:
delete ~/.local/share/akonadi, ~/.config/akonadi, move kmail*rc files out of the 
way etc. to no avail - all I get now are some 'not registered with dbus' 
errors upon trying to start/reconfigure akonadi.
I'm now back on my debian jessie install, which luckily still works (the other 
is kubuntu 14.04).
conclusion: akonadi is meanwhile mostly functional once configured, but still 
not maintainable/repairable in case something goes wrong.
