Hi,

the bug has been originally reported here [1].

It must be a regression from 4.11, as I don't recall hearing about this 
problem before. Christian was the first person to report this problem on 4.11 
RC2.

We are not sure what exactly is causing this problem, but several people have 
reported this on IRC too, so it indeed happens (somehow :-))
