Thanks, that helps a lot.

In Akonadiconsole I just found an empty duplicate "drafts" folder which I just 
deleted. I added comments to bug reports to tell that they may be related.

Was the solution to the problem permanent? I.e. did Akonadi/KMail 4.11 behave 
well after that? I am reluctant to try kmail 4.11 again at the moment as kmail 
4.10 works :)
