[kdepim-users] kontact won't launch after Kubuntu 13.04 upgrade

Every attempt fails, command-line or desktop.  Not sure where to go for 
advice.  Should I post my diagnostics here?  Should I file a bug at 
bugs.kde.org? (Looks like it would get lost over there.)

kdepim 4:4.10.2-0
kubuntu 13.04

Most of the companion packages are absent: kmail, akregator, ...
but a few are loaded: knotes, korganizer, ...
