[kdepim-users] Messages skip Filter on mails coming to Inbox

Luckily another developer (Wolfgang Rohdewald) debugged and found the reason 
of why this happens and the bug is now fixed. The fix should be available in 
the 4.10.1 release. I will later backport it to 4.9 branch in case 
distributions want to pick that up.
