Hi,

I've noticed the issue too. The whole filter agent has probably broken progress 
reporting; last time I imported a new IMAP account, it has shown "Filtering 
emails (2600%)" and managed to count to 4000% or so. The 0% will probably be a 
side-effect of it.

It's nothing serious to worry about (it might just be a little annoying in the 
UI), the filter agent itself should still work as expected.
