Well, it is. If you run the tool with --help, you'll see something like:
...
Settings like serverUrl, username, etc. are stored in the config file
/home/koller/.config/airsyncDownload/config.ini
The mentioned file is created by the tool if it does not exist and it
contains all the settings you need.
E.g.
[General]
serverUrl=https://a.b.c
domain=
username=
password=
keepMailsOnServer=false
