[kdepim-users] Address autocompletion no longer works after upgrade to 4.9

Another wrinkle on this strategy:

This worked (as discussed), however after rebooting I notice that address 
autocompletion once more does not work. Could there be some issue with 
startup/shutdown of nepomuk, akonadi, or virtuoso?
