I do follow 1st comment which more or less the same of follow the clean
up nepomuk data explain in middle of:
http://userbase.kde.org/Akonadi_4.4/Troubleshooting#You_experience_long_delays_when_sending_mail
and set .kde/share/config/akonadi_nepomuk_feederrc with:
[InitialIndexing]
IndexCompatLevel=3
InitialIndexingComplete=false
[akonadi_nepomuk_email_feeder]
Enabled=true
I started nepomukserver in shell, saw many logs, things doesn't look
good, but wait for same activity ... .
After I reboot laptop and kmail2 autocomplete addressbook begins run
very fast (as should be) and I may say that fix, for me, bug 259949
[1] !
I'm using kdelibs-4.9.2-5.fc17.x86_64 , not yet update to 4.9.3
Thanks,
[1] Kmail does not use all addressbooks for autocompletion
