[kdepim-users] How to include ~/Mail mbox files in kmail?

I am trying to include a large number of mbox files from mutt
into kmail.

I can not add a "KMail Mail Folder" because when I specify
~/Mail as the folder, OK is greyed out!

There are a huge number of mbox files in this folder so I can
not create a Mbox files for each one of them.

My version is Version 4.8.3
that comes with ubuntu precise.
