Hi Sergio,
Spam filtering is the only filtering I get to work here, using KDE 4.8. I had 
kmail2 recreate the filters using the wizard after the update, did you do that?

My spam filtering consists of a filter that runs the message through bogofilter, 
which adds a header that indicates if the mail is spam. The next filter moves 
the mail to trash if that is the case.

What seems to happen to you is that the second filter in the chain is not run, 
but you can check that using the filter log viewer from the tools menu. 
Activate the logging and then fetch spam mail, after that look in the log 
viewer.

The issue has been reported for KDE 4.7.1:
