[kdepim-users] What to do with corrupted folders?

I have two Gmail accounts and I use disconnected IMAP with several folders
subscribed. Sometimes, I find that one of my folders (usually a mailing list
folder) is corrupted and on opening it throws an error:
"Unknown error. (Unable to fetch item from backend)"
What I usually do is unsubscribe that folder from the server and then
resubscribe it again. Is there a better solution for this?
