you didn't get my point I guess...

*I* get the troubletickets from users that complain that "mail is 
slow".

so let me ask this way:

where does ~/.local/share/akonadi/mysql.conf  come from when it 
doesn't exist yet at the time the user starts akonadi for the first 
time?
