[kdepim-users] Screwed up migration and KMail won't run!

Negative. The exact error is "Kmail encountered a fatal error and will
terminate now. The error was: Failed to fetch the resource collection."
I did what you suggested and the only dupe was the "personal contacts"
and I verified that it was truly a dupe, so I deleted one of them.
