[kdepim-users] Connect to MS Exchange Server from KMail

Hi, 
Has anyone been able to connect to MS Exchange using Kmail successfully?
If so, can someone please send me a step by step procedure how it is
done.
I configured email account POP3 and SMTP normally , but I also like
access to ldap adress book .
