Meego is also meant to be used for smart phones and tablets.

What do you mean by "support officially"? I'm not sure whether KDE 
supports anything officially. It all depends on people wanting to do the 
work. So, if some KDE people want to bring KDE apps to Android then they 
will do so. OTOH, if nobody is interested in this then it will not 
happen. That's how things work in KDE which is a Free Software 
community, after all. There is nobody in KDE who could make people work 
on Android. (Of course, it could happen that some KDE-friendly company 
will work on this. But I don't know of any plans in this direction.)

My guess is that it will happen anyway because (at least at the moment) 
there doesn't seem to be much of an alternative to Android.
