Properties in the calendar which start with "X-" are non-standard items
which are only guaranteed to be understood by the application which
creates them (although some such properties are in fact understood quite
widely).

The iCalendar standard provides standard ways to specify time zones, and
these are supported by kdepim software. It isn't obvious why an
application would use a non-standard way of specifying time zones such as
X-WR-TIMEZONE, but at any rate this is not currently recognised by kdepim
software.
