Hmm. My only guess is that something went wrong when the resource was
deleted the first time, i.e. it was not fully deleted. Now you have a
kind of zombie resource. I suggest asking for help on kde-pim at kde.org.
Maybe one of the developers who is more deeply involved in Akonadi has
an idea.
