Not sure what you mean. Do you mean a message filter (as in Settings
->Configure Filters)? If yes, then such a filter would be non-trivial 
since it requires a full HTML and CSS parser.

IMO using Ctrl+Mouse Wheel to make the font used in HTML messages larger 
is the easiest solution. And, if it bothers you, that you always have 
the change the font size for certain newsletters, etc., then send a 
complaint to the sender.
