Many thanks for the suggestion!

Hmmm, I've now scanned through all my hidden files (.??*) using find
and scanning for OpenOffice1.1.4 and removed all instance that were
revealed. Also scanned /etc and /usr/share in the same manner and can
find no references to it, but still it comes up with the same message.

Any further ideas?
