See my response to Werner/Jerry. Unfortunately for PalmOS fans, it has been
relegated to the trash heap, like Mac OS 9 or earlier, Amiga and BeOS. There
is a FOSS history of niche apps to support obsolete systems, like this, but I
wouldn't depend on it.
You could try running an older version of KDE in a virtual machine and syncing
with that. VirtualBox seems to have good USB support.
