I see where you're coming from, but it doesn't really do what I need. :-) 
Here's how I submit spam to SpamCop for reporting -- I browse through my 
incoming email via imap, I right-click on the message I want to report and 
select "forward as attachment" and then I put in the reporting email 
address and hit "send." that's normally sufficient, providing my ISP doesn't 
decide to "censor" my outgoing messages!
