AFAIK personal adjustments made to the file associations are stored in
~/.kde/share/applnk (or maybe nowadays they are stored somewhere in the
desktop neutral ~/.local/share/applications). I guess there's an
obsolete desktop file which references OpenOffice 1.1.4. Simply delete
it.
