[kdepim-users] Kaddressbook print feature

Hello Ingo.
Thanks for the advice.
I'm just learning c++, so updating this might be difficult for me - but also 
might be a good learning opportunity.
I'll wait for 4.4 release to see how it works in the rewritten code.
