Although the upgrade to KDE 4.4 from 4.3.5 went smoothly on my test
machine, my production machine will not start Akonadi when I open
Kaddressbook. The distro is Kubuntu 9.10 with the Backports repo
enabled. This is the Akonadi log when I try to open Kaddressbook:

Akonadi Server Self-Test Report
