They have a header "X-Facebook-Notify: event_invite; from=xxxxxxxxxx; 
eid=xxxxxxxxxx; mailid=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx".

Friend requests have a header "X-Facebook-Notify: friend; from=xxxxxxxxxx; 
mailid=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

You could set up a filter for them but I wouldn't know what to do with them..?
