[kdepim-users] Cannot add Kaddressbook birthdays to Korganizer

In KDE 3 the user was able to add Kaddressbook as a resource of
Korganizer so that birthdays would appear in the calendar. I cannot
seem to find how to add the resource pane to Korganizer, it is
certainly not under the View menu nor anywhere else that I have poked.
Where is this option?
