[kdepim-users] problems with gmail imap

Interesting, today is May 10, I have all uptodate packages and my version of 
Qt is 4.5.0. 

~$ kmail --version
Qt: 4.5.0
KDE: 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2)
KMail: 1.11.2

And I do indeed have the same problem with gmail. Are you still going to file 
bug report, I have you found solution?
