It was not my issue with the 35MB kmailrc and folder renaming. My issue is 
triggerd differently. But the results are the same. One long line in kmailrc, 
letting kmail die. My kmailrc was 6 or 12MB

When you read my report, you should see, that I truncated that line. After 
that kmail works normally, until it explodes again...
