KMail ignores .KMail-Import.directory unless there is also a file called 
KMail-Import (or a directory called KMail-Import with three 
sub-directories cur, new and tmp) next to .KMail-Import.directory. 
Maybe that's why "KMail-Import" didn't show up in Jaunty.
