You still haven't got it, have you?  Quoting your address in the body of a 
message makes it visible to spam-bots, so we don't do it.

Actually  just hitting 'reply' on this has brought up kde-reply at ..., the 
list address, and foo at example.org.

I will make no comment on that - maybe someone else will tell you why it's not 
a good idea.
