[kdepim-users] Cannot create new folder with GoogleMail-IMAP account

I've always had to create folders by using gmail's web interface to add "tags" 
therefore a new folder. Always thought about it as an incompatibility because 
of the lack of standarization of the "tag" thing in the email world
